BlackFemaleProject Conversation for Black-identifying women who have white mothers to discuss strategies for navigating racism and sexism in the workplace.
Description
At BlackFemaleProject, we celebrate Black women who thrive at work and prepare young women for the realities of the workplace. Since we started BlackFemaleProject it has been clear that there are some unique lived experiences for Black women with white mothers. We offer this conversation focused on how women navigate racism and sexism at work as a space to share in sisterhood.
